1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Planfi ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Planfi for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
  • Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

  • Market values and calculations are for informational purposes and may contain errors

  • All data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Planfi or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Planfi's service.

  • Loss or inaccuracy of investment data
  • Market data delays or errors
  • System downtime or service interruption
  • Incorrect portfolio valuations or performance calculations
  • Data loss due to technical failures
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Third-party service failures (exchange, API provider, etc.)

5. Data Security and Loss

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge the following risks:

  • Data transmission over the Internet is not 100% secure
  • Unauthorized users could gain access to your account
  • Backup failures could result in permanent data loss
  • We are not liable for data loss in case of account termination
  • You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords

6. Third-Party Integrations

Planfi may integrate with third-party services like Zerodha. By using these integrations, you:

  • Agree to the terms of service of those third-party providers
  • Authorize Planfi to access limited data from those services
  • Accept that those services may have their own security and privacy policies
  • Understand that we cannot control third-party services or data

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Planfi's service are provided on an 'as is' basis. Planfi makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations and Jurisdiction

In no event shall Planfi or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Planfi's website.

9. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Planfi could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Planfi does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

10. Material Modifications

Planfi may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to arbitration.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

  • All access to the Service is immediately revoked
  • Your data will be deleted after 30 days
  • We are not liable for any loss of data
